Everything to know

Shipping, care, bespoke commissions — answers to the questions our clients ask most often.

Each piece is made to order at our atelier in Como. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for production, then 3 to 5 business days for delivery in Europe and 5 to 8 days worldwide. Express shipping within 7 days is available on request.
Silk does not like water or household solvents. Untie after each wear, roll gently, and let it rest flat overnight. For stains, entrust the tie to a specialist dry cleaner. A well-cared-for silk tie lasts generations.
Yes. Choice of motif, custom dimensions, and a discreet embroidered monogram — we accompany each special commission personally. Allow roughly 6 weeks, by appointment.
Collection pieces may be returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original box. Bespoke commissions are not eligible for return except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Each of the seven pieces is produced in a small numbered run, signed by hand. Once a run is sold out, the motif is not re-woven in the same colourway.
